Can we reduce the paperwork?

We are working to reduce the use of conventional checklists. If you go through our videos and modules and then head out to inspect, you should remember most of the checks without any checklist. This is especially true for the young seafarers. Every time you do this, your speed of inspection and professional ability improves. With time and practice, you develop the eye of the inspector; that is, you learn to see deficiencies and non-compliances swiftly along the way, just as an inspector does from experience.

Repeat the modules as often as you need at your own pace, then use your visual memory to inspect the equipment.
